Waterjet - Pegasus cad-cam

Software versions for stone and marble processing with 3- and 5-axis waterjet machines. Designed to ensure precision and versatility, it enables vertical edge cutting, constant inclination, or variable angle processing. Thanks to its simple and intuitive interface, Pegasus Waterjet can be used even without advanced technical skills.

Slab perimetering

The software allows you to load an image of the slab to visually identify the available surface.
With intuitive tools, you can precisely select and perimeter the area of the slab where the operations will be performed.

This function is especially useful for irregular slabs, veins to follow, or defects to avoid, allowing you to optimize the placement of shapes effectively.

Design

Shapes to be processed can be defined easily and accurately through:

Integrated 2D CAD tools
Importing files in DXF and DWG formats
Capturing physical templates with the Photo Digitizer
Importing cutting lists in proprietary formats such as Excel or CSV

The shapes are automatically organized into cutting lists, ready for management and optimization in the processing phase.

Shape arrangement

Shapes can be arranged on the slab using advanced nesting functions, both manually and automatically.
This optimizes material usage, reduces waste, and improves production efficiency.

All positioned shapes are automatically linked to the active cutting list, ensuring traceability and consistency throughout the process.

Inlays

Complex inlays can be created with ease, even for the most intricate projects.
Thanks to automatic piece extraction and material management, the software ensures results that match the original design perfectly.

Machining

Vertical edge, constant angle, or variable angle 5-axis machining allows even the most complex projects to be handled efficiently.
The software automatically optimizes cutting paths, reducing waste and processing time, and supports material-specific cutting tables.

Simulation

Pegasus CAD-CAM includes an integrated graphical simulation environment that allows you to verify the processing results in real time.
